The 41st Nitten Kyoto Exhibition December 12th (Saturday) — January 15th (Friday)

Japan ’s largest open entry exhibition (Nitten) arrives in Kyoto. Along with a core 300 works in the fields of nihonga, yoga (painting in Western styles), sculpture, applied arts and calligraphy being exhibited around the country, another 300 works by local artists from Kyoto and Shiga brings a total of 600 works to exhibition.
