Region of Encounter – Open-Air Art Exhibition March 28 (Monday) – April 17 (Sunday) Exhibition space: at sites within the museum precincts.

This exhibition of works targets contributions from the young stratum of artists (those under 30 years of age). Aspiring artists shouldering the future of art will offer their works situated in the green areas within the precincts of Kyoto Municipal Museum of Art. This will create an encounter with new plastic artworks in the fields of sculpture and the crafts among others, offering the opportunity for searching out new expressive possibilities.
